I believe there are three things needed for happiness. They are: 1) Something to do; 2) Something/Someone to look up to; 3) Someone to Love.

I have a great Third Career. As a retired US Army Officer who served over 26 years in Special Operations and Ranger units, I was blessed to have a second career as a consultant in Corporate America.

Currently, I play guitar and sing as a Music Therapist in Nursing Homes, Hospice, Veteran and Alzheimers Centers.

So, I got something to do....some I love to do.

Regarding something or someone to look up to.

I do believe in God or a higher power. I am still here with a purpose after all. I look to the heavens with the hope I still make my parents proud and still in God's Grace.
