I Would Describe Myself As

I am single/divorced, retired, live alone, and have 2 grown daughters. I have a college BA degree and am an Army veteran. My personal views are far to the left, and I don’t actively support any political party. I consider myself spiritual, but not religious, and have done volunteer work domestically and abroad since retirement. I am healthy and active and still love to take road trips. I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs, with the exception of caffeine in my coffee and tea.

I hope to find a forever partner to share the remaining years with, that’s why I’m here. My partner will be a friend, a companion, a confidante, a partner in crime (great sense of humor), and most certainly my lover. She will have an enquiring mind, with her knowledge and opinions based on facts; and we will actively engage in conversations, rather than watch ceaseless electronic media. She will enjoy walking and hiking and follow a generally healthy lifestyle (no need to be fanatical about it). She will enjoy travel adventures, but none including ships or watercraft; i have found no effective cure or prevention for my seasickness.
