I Would Describe Myself As
So much of what I do or what I enjoy sounds so cliche. I’d rather be bold & brave by saying that I’m trying to do things that are new…a new class, a new hobby, read a book that’s not in my normal genre. I’ve come to realize that taking care of me is long overdue.
I’ve spent the better part of my life taking care of everyone else because that’s all I’ve ever known and it it how I was raised.
I’d like to meet someone that enjoys the cliche activities but is willing to throw caution to the wind and go on a hike or toss an axe! That’s just an example, I still enjoy parks, beaches & sunsets…(see I can still do the old fashioned stuff).
Cooking is my therapy particularly if I create the recipe from scratch, no boxed anything in my kitchen.
Football after church on Sundays is a great way to start the week.
I’m not a “Girl Raised In The South” (GRITS) but I was raised by one….close enough.
