I am a 70 y.o. African American woman who is finally ready to get out to meet a positive mature man. Presently I am a college student working on my Bachelors degree in psychology. Spending time outdoors taking in the beauty of nature, especially near water, has always been a place of peace, meditation and reflection. Walking in parks are a great mind relaxer too. Viewing sunrises and sunsets have always made my heart smile while lifting my spirit. The African traditional culture is a very important part of my life. It is incorporated in many aspects of what I do daily. It would be quite nice to neet someone who is interested and/or involved in the same on some level. How intriguing to meet a compatible man and seeing energetically where the road will lead. Sharing time going to movies, plays, poetry readings, concerts or just chilling playing a good game of backgammon, mancala or even playing chess. . .when I learn how! My other interests includes dancing, (hand and line). I really like singing but I am no Whitney Houston, Beyonce or Patti. But, I can carry a tune, so carrying a tune with someone would be fun.
