Hello! I am a retired, very driven perfectionist who is young at heart while loving to travel and learn.

While I appreciate the likes, I cannot see them and contacting me will require you to look for clues in this profile.. My loves include furry pets and animals, history, binge-watching detective shows--often produced in other countries. Alas, my constant travel limits my ability to own pets. In addition to traveling for pleasure, I am often gone on weekends as a Speech and Debate Coach. Because of that, I am constantly using Google and its communication platform.

I love walks--especially with a friend. This may be elitist, but I would connect better with a well-educated person. Just being honest. On the other hand, I like most music (except country), watch football while also admiring Maya Angelou. My favorite play is Hamilton which I saw first on Broadway in 2016 and again in Cincinnati in 2019. You can also call ne WaltripWoman.

I enjoy theatre, travel, dressing casually (although I like dressing up for an intimate dinner or a special event), working on home projects, day trips, zoos and animal sanctuaries, music, history, documentaries, meaningful discussions and sharing my life and interests with someone I love. I value independent interests: we don't have to love the same things. I don't play sports but will be a devoted cheerleader of your activities. I am pretty much a Renaissance Woman!

My values absolutely rule my decisions. So in terms of politics, I am socially liberal but tend to be more economically conservative. I listen to both sides of an argument and do my research before making a decision; I do not watch cable TV "news" for their opinions. For news, I watch PBS or listen to NPR. Not a fan of Trump or ANY of his values.

As indicated, I really L O V E travel! I have already been to Canada, Mexico, England, Switzerland, Australia, France, Austria, Germany and Lichtenstein but I would love to return to all of those places. I have a photo of me feeding a kangaroo in a nature preserve near Melbourne, Australia in January of 2019. I have been to every state except Alaska.

I am hoping that my next big trips are a cruise from Seattle to Alaska followed by (hopefully) Iceland to Scotland, Ireland and Wales. For that, I really think I need a travel buddy. I drove cross-country solo April and May of 2022.

I am an open person, no games, no lies. Ask me questions and I will tell you the truth. My children are out of college and living on their own with good careers.

I do not smoke and rarely drink. Just isn't my thing. I am energetic and view the world with wonder.

If you like intellectual conversations, the beauty of a sunrise or sunset, laughter & a sense of humor, physical contact, travel, music, watching OSU football and PBS, we may be a good fit! Not necessarily looking for LTR, but happy finding new friends to hang with. However, if the chemistry sparks a deeper relationship, I would welcome the opportunity to take things to the next level. Sensual by nature, intimate exploration and physical contact are elements to be embraced and cherished.
