I am a Melanated Liberated and Transformed man that has a better perspective and inner standing of self. I am not indoctrinated, programmed, and conditioned into these European systems ways of thinking in my mind one hundred percent. i know what the five S's of life represent to me and I know how they play a vital role in my mental, physical, and spiritual state of being.
