VALUES - I've been a nationally ranked career athlete in masters track and field for over 40 years, and I'm also active cycling, rollerskating, etc. I've learned it's consistently problematic for me to have a relationship with a woman who lacks discipline and commitment to build and sustain her own health and fitness. Most respectfully, I consider hypocrisy and contradiction as an immediate turn-off. I consider it deceitful for unfit older women to troll this website seeking "younger men" (5 to 15 years younger) when they lack the energy and fitness to keep up with highly energetic and fit men of any age. I'm not interested in 82.1% of adult Black women who are overweight or obese, and who "brand" themselves as average or thick. There's no incentive for "fit" men to date the overwhelming majority of Black women who are unfit, morbidly overweight, and obese. Don't hate the messenger.

MY NON-NEGOTIABLES - It's easy to quickly scan through this website to eliminate - (1) emails from anyone who's clearly morbidly overweight, obese or a "drive by" pseudo-athlete who claims to engage in regular fitness activities but without any "visual" record of actually and currently engaging in an athletic activity and/or competitive events, such as the National Senior Games, Huntsman World Games, State Games of America, etc.; and (2) Black women pretending to be fit, which is dishonest, deceitful, etc. I don't care how young, or how old you are, or how attractive; being deceitful is not acceptable.

SCOPE - I'm located in the Midwest, and my relocation to either the west or east coast, or engaging in a LDR (long distance relationship) requires mutual participation. My ideal companion does not mirror my health and fitness routine, but she has a clearly defined personal paradigm that radiates her commitment to her own health, fitness, and most importantly, her intellectual prowess. My "ideal partner" also enjoys robust intellectual conversations on any subject. Keep in mind, the majority of men don't live as long as women; therefore, I won't waste my time.
