I Would Describe Myself As
Gay Black / Latino male seeks a friend for progress towards a LTR so that we can enjoy defying all this mid-life crisis drama I hear about. I am tall, thick, and educated (Doctor of Education) - with an advanced credentials in wit, humor, and sarcasm (A borderline smart ass). I work in higher education. Also a church Minister of Music and licensed Minster. Volunteer interests: paramedic, elected school board member, Cub Scout den leader, Black LGBT organizations. Allows like: gardening, exercise, martial arts, photography, volleyball, singing and piano.
Be able to enjoy the company of a spontaneous man who may propose a weekend get-away with less than 24 hours notice - to include a fancy dinner, evening of cocktails, and dancing. However, it could just as easily be cuddling on the couch with a movie, a walk in the park, and/or flipping a coin to see who cooks dinner.
My goal is to open a coin self therapy practice one day. I have gave goals, so should you. Your goals should not include me working all day while you play video games and spend my money. So be mentally stable. Therapy is your friend. If you need it, DO IT! I promise you, God is ok with this.
I have been on a personal wellness journey. I Lost 160 lbs over the past few years. (40 in the last year). I will not engage someone who will derail my wellness journey. You’re part of the solution or part of the problem.
I’ve kissed enough frogs, where is the prince? Just say hello and see how things go. If the worst thing that happens is we become friends, I won’t be mad. 😘
