A retired educator, scientist, and writer. Can you make me laugh? Laughter is chicken soup for the soul. Are you a good conversationalist? Do you like to discuss a variety of topics? World events, politics, the latest dance moves? I love to dance, move, or just swaying to music. This brings me to the next subject...music. Just like laughter, music soothes my soul. It sets the mood for many emotions. I love all genres..Jazz, rock, gospel, oldies but goldies, and Broadway show tunes. Since I retired, I was fortunate to travel and take dance classes and cooking lessons. I am passionate about cooking. Trying new recipes or perfecting traditional recipes. My biggest challenge is finding the time to write. I write short stories. Most of them are mysteries. I have a book in the making. It's been years in the making, lol! As a scientist, I am always researching topics for articles. So now that you know a few things about me, I would love to meet over coffee, wine, or a cocktail to discuss life and world events. I love movies, especially old black-and-white film noir, comedies, and romance!
